REACH |

The Regulation concerning REACH became effective on 01.06.2007.
REACH is an abbreviation and means literally:
- Registration,
- Evaluation,
- Authorization of Chemicals.
The regulation aims to increase knowledge on danger and risk of chemicals. After certain periods given by REACH have expired it is only allowed to use chemicals that have been registered before.
STEINCO Paul vom Stein GmbH is aware of the accountability that arose through REACH. We will assume our responsibility conscientiously.
Concerning chemicals that are processed in our products we are not considered to be their producer but consecutive operator.
Our responsibility as a consecutive operator is to make effect on our suppliers and insist on registration of the chemicals they use. If any dangerous or hazardous substance is processed it is our duty to inform you accordingly.
