PRODUCTION
We manufacture high quality precision turned parts from 8 - 65 mm diameter to specific costumer requirements. Mild and stainless steel, brass and aluminium and other machinable materials can be offered. Necessary heat treat and plating needs are being processed by reliable and long standing related partners.
We supply the automotive industry as well as manufacturers of engines and tractors. In addition to these important branches we count the fittings and tool industry to our customer base. |
MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT
We continue to invest in our manufacturing equipment which currently includes:
- Single spindle (short and long) CNC screw machines
- Six- and eight spindle automatic screw machines
- Rotary transfer machines with 8, 12 and 16 functions
- Various CNC lathes, grinding, milling and threading machines for secondary operations
- Automated in-house component cleaning system |

QUALITY
Since the introduction of the quality management system DIN ISO 9001 in 1996, we have continued to integrate quality throughout our manufacturing systems. By the end of 2002, we will introduce the extended requirements of the ISO TS 16949.
The important characteristics in our quality system are inspection of incoming materials, control of production by SPC and rigorous inspection of the finished products.
Generating a production and quality plan is the base for the production process of the turned parts. Precision control equipment, such as a measurement unit for cheking the roughness - and the form and roundness-, guarantees exact measurements and support the quality assurance. |
COMPONENTS
We offer ready assembled components made of various materials, e. g. a combination of turned, steel pressed and plastic moulded parts - designed, tooled and produced by STEINCO. |
